Fairchild Estate Tasting Notes
Super rich and well focused, the nose of this Cabernet offers aromas of dark cherry, berry, dark plum, cinnamon, vanilla, toast and hints of caramel and forest floor spice. Things are just as sweet-natured and luxurious on the palate, where flavors of dark cherry, dried cherry, sweet red plum, mulberry, vanilla, toast, cedar, toffee and earth fan out in an opulent display. The finish is lingering and packed with enough cherry and currant fruit to suppress most of the wines tannin. A blend of 60% Fairchild Sigaro fruit and 40% Napa Valley floor fruit. Drink 5-20 years. 90 cases produced.
