Bedell Cellars Tasting Notes
This wine is made from the first grapes that come in from the field each harvest and exhibits flavors of beach plum, cloves, and raspberries balanced with juicy acidity and soft tannins. Let this be your first crush on wine!

Wine Advocate
The non-vintage sweet wine I tasted from Bedell Cellars, Eis, was Lot #97 (a blend of 95% Riesling and 5% Gewurztraminer). It offers gorgeous candied orange and pureed apricot aromas. On the palate, this viscous, jellied, apricot jam, and white peach-flavored wine is syrupy, yet well-focused, and truly delicious. Medium to full-bodied, intensely flavorful, it is the result of cryoextraction (the process of mimicking the concentration achieved in German eisweins by placing grapes in a freezer. —Robert Parker,
