Festival Chardonnay is a blend of several lots of Chardonnay and 2% Sauvignon Blanc and 1% Chenin Blanc. It was fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks. It is light, dry, crisp and clean with refreshing aromas and flavors of apple, lemon, pineapple and stones. This is a great every day white, perfect with pasta, poultry, fish and cheese dishes.
