The 2010 Sauvignon Blanc has pronounced passion fruit, black currant and lime leaf aromas with a whiff of straw and the faintest suggestion of mint. Crisp, concentrated and medium-full bodied, there's a little silkiness to the texture and a very long finish. Great value! Drink it now to 2012.
