Château Suduiraut Tasting Notes
The wines of Chateau Suduiraut are elegant, sweet and full-bodied with a remarkable life-expectancy. They are a beautiful gold color with amber tints when aged. They have harmony, power, and finesse; it is often said that a great Suduiraut is the essence of Sauternes.

Wine Spectator
Really big and rich, with lots of raw date, glazed pear, creamed peach and fig aromas and flavors. Very lush and long, but also clean and round despite its heft. —James Molesworth, 97 points

Wine Advocate
The Chateau Suduiraut has a comparatively rich, botrytized bouquet with dried honey, pineapple and a touch of Seville orange marmalade, with exquisite definition and focus. The palate is well-balanced, with a viscous texture and a good level of botrytis, demonstrating fine minerality and tautness. Dried mango, quince and spice all interlace the focused finish, which is long in the mouth. Tasted against its peers, this has a higher level of intensity and focus. A superb follow-up to the sensational 2009. —Neal Martin, 99 points

Wine Enthusiast
Richly textured, with an opulent feel, concentrated, the fruit buried in the dense flavors. It makes for a big, powerful wine, looking to a long future. —Roger Voss, 98 points
