Penner-Ash Tasting Notes
Aromas of dried rose pedal, baked cherry pie and spice. Lush, textured palate with hints of sweet vanilla, blackberry and chocolate. Fine tannins move into a seamless, extended finish.

Wine Spectator
Smooth, with a lithe feel to the plum, pepper and sweet spice flavors, lingering softly and becoming more expressive with each succeeding sip. Best from 2009 through 2013. —Harvey Steiman, 90 points

Wine Advocate
The 2006 Pinot Noir Dussin Vineyard (the winery's estate vineyard planted in 2003) offers aromas of pain grille, earth notes, red and black cherry, and raspberry. Silky, ripe, and layered, the wine has excellent concentration and a lengthy finish. Give it 1-2 years of further bottle age and drink it from 2010 to 2018. —Jay Miller, 92 points
