Bleasdale Tasting Notes
The 2005 harvest has given us fruit jampacked with flavours of blackberries, ripe plums and fragrant spices, and combined with toasty oak characters resulting from 15 months maturation in American oak barrels, is a wine ideal for early consumption while these primary fruit flavors remain strong. If you like a more mature red then cellar up to 2012 and then enjoy the smooth earthy and chocolatey characters which will develop over time.
