Relic Wines Tasting Notes
Mouth-watering aromas of créme de cassis, blackberry, white pepper, and violet explode from the glass in our 2004 Alder Springs Syrah. This spent a full 18 months on the lees, and the extended ageing has brought a creamy indulgence to the wine that is simply delicious. The body is very full and the palate is deliciously sweet, leading to a blockbuster of a chocolaty finish that lasts and lasts beyond the very fine tannins.
