Killibinbin Tasting Notes
2003 has proved to be a bit of a surprise packet for our Cabernet. It was initially quite tight and closed in barrel, taking the full 18 months of maturation to open up. Once the final blend was completed though, the wine had changed considerably,revealing a rich sweet core of ripe red berry fruit with hints of violets, fresh herbs and mocha.The palate is round, ripe and sumptuous with good balance and well
