The 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon is performing well. There are 1,600 cases of this medium-bodied, Bordeaux-like effort. Notes of cedar, spice box, black currants, subtle oak, and a hint of saddle leather emerge from a pretty, rich, concentrated Cabernet.
