Shipping TermsYou must be 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages! We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes! Please make sure there is a street address on all shipping destinations. Please note that large format bottles (over 1.8 L) incur additional shipping charges (you will be contacted if placing large format bottles). NoticeWe make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state outside of NY State. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, your represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, ID will be required. Shipping TimeAll orders go out using standard UPS shipping times. You can choose between standard UPS, next day air, and second day air. Orders received will be processed within 24 hours of the next working day. Note that no orders will be processed on Sundays. If immediate delivery is necessary, please contact us by phone at (800) 865-0982 (outside of NY) or 212 679-1224 New York StateSales Tax applies to New York State deliveries. Shipping Within ManhattanAll orders in Manhattan will go out within 24 hours of ordering, except for Sunday. Please see the chart below for shipping rates to Manhattan addresses.
