Domaines Ott The 2007 Château de Selle Côtes de Provence rosé has a pale melon color with salmon pink reflections and a very intense floral nose, layered with spicy notes of cinnamon. The palate is rounded, long and fresh, with all the lushness of white-fleshed fruit. This is an elegant, refined rosé, ideal as an aperitif but equally good throughout the meal with a range of delicate or strong-flavored foods. Wine Enthusiast It’s expensive, but there’s no denying the high quality of this wine. Almost smoky, mineral-like complexity emerges on the nose, followed by hints of cherry fruit underscored by dramatic freshness on the lengthy finish.
