Casa Lapostolle
Colour: Bright yellow with delicate and pale green hints.
Nose: Mineral notes with exuberant fruit aromas such as papayas, lime, mango and sweet spices at the end.
Mouth: Concentrated but very refreshing at the beginning, followed by a good acidity that is balanced with lovely sweetness. The finish brings a light sweet spices touch coming from the oak.
Service and food pairing: Enjoy now! Serve chilled at 10oC as an aperitif or with fish and sea food in general, white meats and vegetarian dishes. Also very good with hot curries and thai.
